Now ICF Level 1 Accredited Coaching Training Program towards receiving ACC (ICF Associate Certified Coach)
Matrix Consulting SARL is setting up a Coaching Training and Certification, Please see the details:
The coaching training and certification will be focusing on receiving the ACC (Associate Certified Coach) from the International Coaches Federation. The direction is the portfolio path. You will be supported to fulfill the requirements that are expected by the International Coaches Federation which is an internationally recognized coaching certification.
The program focuses on the main requirements needed to become a certified coach.
94 hours of coaching training equivalent to 11 days.
Curriculum focusing on the Core Competencies, Code of Conduct and Ethics of Coaching.
Support during the certification period when you are working on your 100 hours of coaching.
The training section will cover the skills needed for individual coaching, systemic coaching and virtual coaching during the training. We will tailor to small groups and ensure a practice environment with feedback.
During the 6 months after the training, Matrix Consulting SARL will provide support and feedback sessions, mentoring/supervision per month to help the group achieve their goal in becoming a certified Coach.

Training location: Luxembourg and or virtual via zoom (Blended Learning)
Dates: start in Q4 2024 and Q1 2025 – will be tailored to attendees. For the next group we are looking to deliver the trainings during the morning over the weekends.
Fees: Total cost is 6325 euros including training and support during the certification section
