The program focuses on the main requirements to become a PCC Professional Certified Coach.

- 128 hours of coaching training (equivalent to 16 days)
- Curriculum focusing on the Core Competencies, Code of Conduct and Ethics of Coaching put in place by the International Coaches Federation.
- Support during the certification period when you are working on your 100-500 hours of coaching which consist of the following:
- Small group calls on a bi-weekly basis discussing coaching cases (Coaching Supervision)
- Feedback aimed at preparing participants for certification assessment
- Critiquing coaching scenarios with an assessment guide linked to the core competencies.
- It allows you to complete the prerequisites necessary to apply for either the Accredited Level 1 Associate Certified Coach (ACC) or PCC credential.
Mentor coaching and supervision during the 6 months certification period creates a space for support and feedback. This includes support and feedback sessions, monthly mentoring/supervision that supports participants to achieve their goal of becoming a certified coach.
If you have an ACC Credential or previous coaching training without foundational Team Coaching training, please contact us in order to align the pre-requesites for the program.
The coaching training and certification program will have the following phases:
Module 1: Individual Coaching at PCC Level: A detailed study of individual coaching, focusing on the PCC Markers. This module will develop your coaching skills in alignment with PCC standards to ensure competency in professional coaching.
Module 2: Team System Coaching: An in-depth look at team coaching based on the ICF Team Coaching Core Competencies. This module will equip you to coach teams effectively, enhancing their collaboration and performance.
Module 3: Agile System Dynamics and Systemic Approach to Agile Organizations: This module covers the principles of Agile system dynamics, providing a systemic approach to organizational transformation in business environments.
Mentor Coaching: Feedback and Practice: A structured space to receive feedback on your coaching competencies. You will apply what you’ve learned, practicing in a real-world setting with direct feedback aligned to PCC Markers, the criteria used for assessment.
Supervision: Case-Based Discussions: A dedicated environment to discuss client cases, focusing on ethics, confidentiality, coaching execution, and maintaining the well-being of the coach.
Peer-to-Peer Practice: Support and Collaboration: A partnership for coaches to support each other throughout their coaching journey. Discussions will cover ethics, confidentiality, and best practices in coaching.
Play4Coaching: Practical Coaching Tools and Feedback: A space for coaches to test coaching tools, methods, and competencies in a safe and supportive environment. This offers practical application with constructive feedback.
Portugal Retreat: 3-Days Event in Lisbon:The retreat in Lisbon provides an opportunity to consolidate everything learned, offering 3 days of reflection and refinement in a collaborative setting.
